WITHDRAWING FUNDS

You can withdraw available funds from your Genius account at any time via the same e-currency system that you have used to deposit funds into your account. The following funds will immediately become available for withdrawal: proceeds from the sale of shares, dividends on investment fund shares, interest from Genius CD account, and upon maturity, the returned funds from your Genius CD account.

If you have made multiple deposits through different e-currency payment systems (u-GotCash or Liberty Reserve), you will be able to withdraw your funds in proportion to original deposits. For example, if you have deposited 30% of your funds via Liberty Reserve, and the remaining 70% via u-GotCash, you will be able to withdraw only 30% of your available balance via Liberty Reserve and the remaining 70% via u-GotCash.

Requests for withdrawals are made from inside your account menu. The Withdraw Funds section of your account menu will reflect the amounts available for withdrawal through each payment system. You have to select the e-currency system that you will like to use for withdrawal and enter the amount to be withdrawn. After the withdrawal request is submitted, it is automatically added to our withdrawal queue. The queue is processed regularly during business days.

If the account number in the e-currency system that you are using for withdrawal has changed, you must make sure that you update the account number via the Profile section of your account menu. Genius Funds cannot be held responsible for withdrawals made to wrong accounts due to mistaken entry or outdated data.

Withdrawals by international bank transfer are available to customers who used such method for their original deposit.
